Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

2. Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


3. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after approval
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, it is considered successfully fulfilled
  • Catherine Olivia Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
